چکیده
Growth-promoting bacteria (GPB) have shown promising effects on serving plants against environmental constraints such as drought. Nevertheless, simultaneous of different GPB less been considered for arid land and under field conditions. We investigated the single combined application GPB, including free-living nitrogen-fixing (NFB), phosphate solubilizing (PSB), potassium (KSB), a combination NFB, PSB, KSB (NPK), control, at three drought stress treatments. In order to better understand interactions between we measured morphological, biochemical, physiological plant traits. The target was salt tree (Halimodendron Halodendron (Pall.) Voss), legume shrub native lands Central West Asia. All biofertilizer treatments enhanced growth, physiology, biochemistry seedlings, there were significant differences among PSB increased photosynthetic pigments, but treatment more efficient in transpiration rate stomatal regulation soluble carbohydrates. had highest effect root traits, taproot length, volume, cumulative ratio shoot. NFB diameter induced biomass translocation systems. However, only mixed (i.e., NPK treatment) most improve all morphological characteristics stress. Therefore, our results provided improvement some specific traits with biofertilizers increase growth establishment seedlings degraded lands.

Phenolic Compounds from Halimodendron halodendron (Pall.) Voss and Their Antimicrobial and Antioxidant Activities
Halimodendron halodendron has been used as forage in northwestern China for a long time. Its young leaves and flowers are edible and favored by indigenous people. In this study, eleven phenolic compounds were bioassay-guided and isolated from the aerial parts of H. halodendron for the first time. They were identified by means of physicochemical and spectrometric analysis as quercetin (1), 3,5,7...
